Delete your account

This happens inside the App, without writing to us. Open Settings by tapping your first name on the home screen, scroll all the way down, then "Account management" and "Delete my account". Everything that was backed up is erased immediately and permanently.

Manage your subscription

The subscription is sold by Apple. Cancelling, renewing and refund requests are handled from your Apple account settings, under Subscriptions.

Report abuse

In the chat, a long press on a message lets you report it, anonymously, or block its author: you no longer see their messages and they no longer send you notifications. Our moderation team reviews every report.

For a whole circle, "Report" is in its header menu, and you can leave it in one move from the same place. You can also write to us: we can remove content and suspend the account involved.
